Return/Exchange
We have a No Refund/Returns Policy. However, we do accept Item exchanges.
Exchanges
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs for the exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, a replacement item will be sent out to the same address of the order. Please contact us at info@saybyyani.co.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
